We are an Episcopal congregation in the Anglican Communion, and our worship comes from our Biblically-rooted 1979 Book of Common Prayer. Our principal worship is our Sunday celebration of the Holy Eucharist. We also offer weekly mid-week services as well as monthly potluck dinner Eucharists on select days. During our principal worship, we will pray and sing praises, read from the Bible, hear the proclamation of the good news of Jesus, pray for the needs of the Church and the World, ask and receive forgiveness, thank God for the goodness of Creation and our salvation through Jesus, and receive the Body and Blood of Christ.

At IHS, all are welcome to come to the Lord’s Table. All baptized Christians may receive Holy Communion by placing your hands before you to receive the bread and receiving the wine by drinking from the one cup or by intinction (dipping the host into the wine). If instead you may receive a blessing.
